In the West the heart chakra is F. The chakras look like this:
B Crown
A Third Eye
G Throat
F Heart
E Solar Plexus
D Seat of the Soul
C Base of the Spine
Tibetans believe the heart is the key of D. That would make the Base Chakra: "A", and so forth.
