In 1904, J.M. Barrie gave us Tinkerbell. He was from Scotland. There's something about Scotland and Ireland. Isn't there? The "wee people" etc.
Fairies and elementals aren't everywhere. In fact, they may not be where you think they ought to be. The density of humanity, psychic forces or pollution could force them to leave an area. If they do inhabit an area, it's important to be open to the idea of these special little beings. When you are, you are more apt to see them.
