Manushrii, Brass, 13 inches

This beautiful Manjushri brass statue made in Nepal, is very big. Thirteen inches big.  With ornate detailing, this statue will undoubtedly demand a prominent position in your home. Manjushri is the Bodhisattva of Wisdom and always appears with a youthful face. He is among the most beloved Buddhas in Tibet. Only Guru Rinpoche and Chenrezig stand above him in popularity. We left the Nepal Gov't seal and the artist's wax seal on there for a sense of authenticity.

Manjushri can bring wisdom into your world. He is always shown with a sword. It cuts through ignorance. His left hand is posed in the teaching mudra. He is said to be the teacher of Buddhas, past and future.  His mantra is:

Om Ah Ra Pa Tsa Na Dhih.
