Virgin of Guadalupe Bracelet, Pearls, Emerald, aquamarine
In 1531, the Virgin of Guadalupe appeared to Juan Diego, an Aztec convert to Christianity. She requested that a shrine be built to her on the place where she appeared to this poor Juan Diego.
Juan tried to convince the local bishop who demanded a sign to confirm Mother Mary's wishes.
As the story goes, the Virgin appeared a second time and instructed Juan Diego to collect roses in his cloak and take them to the Bishop. When Juan showed the Bishop the roses, a replica of the Virgin appeared on his cloak.
The Bishop was overwhelmed with the beauty of this miracle. The shrine was built and the cloak is venerated in this shrine, the Basilica of Guadalupe.
Let this beautiful bracelet remind you of the virtue of faith and the power of miracles. Ask God to charge it with light through the fire of your heart by the offering of prayers and mantras to the Divine Mother.
